The Conference Assistant scans the devices calendar and presents the user with a list of their upcoming Online/Dial-in meetings.
For meetings that are hosted on a recognised conferencing service, the user is offered up to 3 participation options:
1) Join from a local, co-resident meeting client
2) Join from a nearby Video Conference device, identified via QR code scanning
3) Join by phone (Audio Only)
NOTES: This application can only be used in conjunction with the Conference Assistant web service. A valid enterprise username, password and service URL are required to connect to the web service.
